Clic                                    Marloo

Marloo's mum died of mange and he was near death himself when Roz and Kev rescued him.  He was emaciated, 5kg and should have been closer to 8kg.  His eyes were almost sealed shut from infection and while he had hair, his entire body was one solid scab.  Weeks of injections, antibiotics, eye medications  and gently applying oil and removing the scabs, he slowly gained weight, his skin healed, his eyes cleared and he began to play.  He loved being rocked while getting his bottle and in fact, wouldn't take it as Kev found out unless you did.  He is now 21kg, and soft released.

Wil was spotted by a property owner who even from a distance, realized he was very thin, had mange and didn't seem to be staying with mum. He was very small, the size of a small football and should have constantly been with her.  Mum had mange as well and was not feeding him and because of this he was slowly starving to death and suffering greatly from the cold and wet weather.  It took a week of returning repeatedly to the remote property but Kev was finally able to catch Wil and bring him into care.  He is doing very well now.  He is in a big pen outside and getting very big!  He loves having a cuddle with Roz.
